Full service Sourcing is a complete contract to have something produced/purchased according to your specification, budget and then packaged and shipped. Procurement Facilitation is a 'pick and choose' service where clients contract AGE to perform 1 or more steps in their company's procurement process.
Production Process
For example we can carry Pre-production visits (where moulds, printing plates, artwork, manufacturing steps etc. are checked to make sure they meet your specification). We can perform production progress inspections and completed goods pre-shipping inspections ensuring the quality and tolerances are within your specification.
Packaging Space Optimization
Some clients may be sourcing a product that needs packaging designed and produced but they only have time to manage the manufacturing of the good that needs the packaging. We can assist not only in designing to suit a particular product but also designing for ‘big picture’ distribution where we look at packaging and space optimisation such as maximising the space in a shipping container or optimising export cartons so they stack neatly and efficiently according to your pallet dimensions.
